2.      In the Control Panel window, click Hardware and Sound.

4.      Locate your Canon printer, right-click over it and click See what’s printing in the drop-down list.

5.      A new window will open, click the Printer tab and uncheck the Use Printer Offline option. If it’s already unchecked, then check and uncheck it again.

6.      Go to the Printer tab again and click Cancel all documents.
